The Bar Stock Vertical Lift System (VLS) is an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) designed to enhance material storage and workflow efficiency for bars, tubes, profiles, and beams. It features an elevator that ascends the front of the tower to deposit and retrieve drawers weighing up to 5,000 lbs., delivering them directly to ground level for further processing. This system, engineered to meet SIL3/CAT4/PL e safety standards, optimizes floor space usage, eliminates redundant processes, and improves workplace safety.
